The future of occupational health
On the topic "The future of occupational health", a roundtable for the launch of the International Research Chair in Comparative Studies on Occupational Health (CIECST) is scheduled on Thursday 13 January from 14.30 to 17.00 (UTC+1).

We will have the honour and the pleasure to listen:

- Marian SCHAAPMAN (Head of the Unit Health & Safety and Working Conditions of the Research Department of the European Trade Union Institute, ETUI, prerecorded video),
- Stéphane PIMBERT (Director General of the French National Institute for Research and Safety, (INRS)
- Stavroula LEKA (Professor of Work Organization & Well-being, University College Cork, Ireland; President, European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology, EAOHP).

Jukka TAKALA, President of the International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH) will be the discussant.

To present their vision of the futur of occupational health, the speakers are invited to answer 4 questions: (1) What is your approach to contemporary ethical issues in occupational health?; (2) What are the concerns and hopes?; (3) What are the main advantages and drawbacks of bringing occupational health and public health together during and after the pandemic?; (4) What are the levers for improving occupational health policies? 10 to 20 minutes will be dedicated to Q&A.
